On September 21, 2001 International Peace Day was formerly established as a day of global ceasefire and non-violence. To observe this day, community members are invited to come to the Sewing School at Fabricland to create a group effort quilt that will be donated. This event is free and open to all sewing skill levels and ages (10+). Fabricland will provide all materials, but feel free to bring your own sewing tools and any fabric you would like to contribute.
