PATTERN DESIGNER PEGGY SAGERS TO PRESENT SHOW AND SEMINARS AT FABRICLAND JANUARY 17
Peggy Sagers, the designer/owner of the Silhouette Pattern Company, a frequent guest on HGTV's "Sew Much More" and one of the sewing industry's "superstars", will bring her dynamic "no frills" sewing expertise and skills to Fabricland, 855 Route 22 in North Plainfield on Saturday, January 17 at 10 a.m. when she presents a free fashion show of her "everyday" collection of classic clothing for women sized 4 to 28. Her uncomplicated, organized patterns feature B,C, and D cup sizing, as well as proportionate lengths so that the patterns are designed to fit every woman perfectly. In addition, the construction methods are fast and easy and the sizing is updated like that of ready-to-wear. No registration is necessary for this show, but seating will be limited.
In the afternoon, Peggy will conduct free pattern fit seminars for those who seek the "perfect" blouse, jacket and pant pattern. The "pant fit" seminar will be held from 1 - 2 p.m., "jacket fit" seminar from 3 - 4 p.m. and a "blouse fit" seminar from 5-6 p.m. Registration is necessary for these seminars by signing up in the sewing machine department at Fabricland or by calling 908-755-4700 ext. 107
