A resident of North Plainfield, Ruthie joined the company in 1994 as a sales clerk in the home furnishings department. She transferred to the accounting department a few years later to handle accounts payable for all stores. In 2009, Ruthie was promoted to Controller, overseeing financial operations. She holds a BA in accounting from Kean University and cites her hobbies as painting, gardening and hiking.
