Karen has been with Metropolitan Window Fashions for thirteen years – overseeing the custom decorating department. She supervises the Shop at Home team, coordinates all their customer orders and follows-up to make sure that all jobs are completed satisfactorily. In addition to working with her team, she also connects directly with clients to make sure the experience of shopping at Metropolitan Window Fashions fulfilled their expectations.
