Bruce Heyman is the President of Fabricland and Metropolitan Window Fashions, a four-store chain of window treatment retail stores with 60 employees, including ten designers offering in-home consultations. Founded in 1934 by Bruce's grandfather, Metropolitan has established itself as the leading window treatment company in the NY/NJ area with stores in Paramus and North Plainfield NJ and two locations in Manhattan. Serving both the retail customer and the design trade, Metropolitan offers one-stop shopping for the busy professional.

Bruce has held the position of President at both the Window Coverings Association of America (WCAA) and the National Independent Textile Retail Organization (NITRO). He has received the Window Covering Association Industry Achievement Award and is a member of the Exciting Windows Hall of Fame. Bruce holds a bachelor's degree in Economics from the University of California at San Diego and is a Certified Window Treatment Consultant (CWTC.)

Bruce and his wife Margaret, who also works in the business, have three children, Nate, Ben and Libby. They reside in Somerset County with their dog, Polo, and a yet-to-be named kitten.
