• Our custom department features custom draperies, Hunter Douglas shades and blinds, custom bedding and reupholstery.  We also feature a Free Shop-at-home Decorating Service.  Nassaus was the first store in the country to receive the designation as an Authorized Hunter Douglas Window Fashions Gallery.
• Our readymade department features hundreds of styles of in-stock draperies, curtains, swags, scarves, tabs, kitchen curtains, shades, blinds and more.  We also stock bedspreads, comforters, sheets, towels, pillows, table linens, chairpads and the largest decorative hardware selection in the state.  Nassaus features a complete Waverly Shop with coordinated bedroom ensembles, valances, chairpads, decorative pillows, area rugs, sheer panels and home accents.
• For the do-it-yourself customer, Fabricland stocks over 1000 bolts of first quality decorator fabrics at 50% off book prices.  We feature Waverly, Ralph Lauren, Laura Ashley and many more.  We also stock an enormous selection of decorative trim and supplies.
• Fabricland is New Jersey’s largest fabric store.  We stock over 4000 bolts of decorative and apparel fabrics.  We also stock the largest selection of trimmings and ribbons, again for both decorative and apparel uses.  We also have NJ’s largest selection of patterns, notions, do-it-yourself supplies and buttons including an exquisite selection of designer buttons.

• Fabricland is located at 855 Route 22 in North Plainfield.  We are located in the westbound lane at the corner of Wilson Avenue, across the street from North Plainfield High School.  Complete driving directions.
• The North Plainfield stretch of Route 22 is an ideal shopping location.  Residents of Somerset, Union, Morris and Middlesex counties can reach our store in less than 15 minutes.
• Built in 1961 on the former site of the Planters Peanuts candy store, the current building houses 21,000 square feet of retail space, warehouse and offices.
• Metropolitan Window Fashions (Nassaus) has moved up the street to a new location at 770 Route 17 north, just past Victor’s House of Music in Paramus.  Complete driving directions.
• Route 17 is considered by many to be the top retail highway in the United States.  Customers from Bergen, Passaic, Essex, Hudson, Rockland and Orange Counties shop in our store every day.
