- We assure you that the price you pay will be at or below any retail store. If within 30 days from your order date, you find the same product, offered to you with equivalent service and installation, we will gladly refund you 100% of the difference.
- QUALITY
- We guarantee every custom window covering product you purchase will be custom fabricated to exacting specifications. Construction will equal or exceed the highest quality industry standards. If you find any discrepancy in fabrication, notify us within 30 days and we will promptly repair or remake the treatment.
- PERFORMANCE
- We promise that your recommended* custom window fashions will provide long-term performance in use & will withstand sun fading, atmospheric deterioration, rotting & all forms of failure of performance in normal residential use for which this assurance is intended. **If your recommended custom window product should fail to perform as intended within 10 years of the installation date, we will repair it correctly, or allow full prorated credit for unused time*** toward purchace of a replacement product of your choice.
- ON-TIME APPOINTMENTS
- We guarantee that your consultant will arrive at your home on time or within one hour of the appointment time scheduled. We guarantee that your installation technician will be at your home on time or within two hours, and that you will be notified in the event of any delay. If for any reason your consultant or installation technician does not arrive on time as scheduled, you will receive a $25 Gift Certificate and our sincere apology.

* A properly treated window covering requires protective window film (on all windows in a room) and appropriate drapery lining.
** Restring warrantees on shades & blinds are set by individual manufacturers.
*** Example: If your window coverings product should fail in seven years, we will repair it or issue credit for the unfulfilled time on your warranty; in this case, three years. In this example, you would receive a credit of 3/10ths of your purchase price on the failed product ( and not on other products that have not failed, if any.) While we do not provide cash refunds, you may use your credit card on any replacement product of your choice. A reinstallation or service call fee may apply. Proof of purchase required.
