How many stores do you have and where are they located?
We have three stores. Fabricland is located in North Plainfield, NJ. Nassaus Metropolitan Window Fashions is located in Paramus, NJ. Metropolitan Window Fashions is on the Upper West Side in New York City. Please note, only our North Plainfield store stocks fabric on bolts and readymade window fashions.
How do I get to the Fabricland store?

What are your shipping charges?
Shipping charges for the continental United States are $5 plus 5% of the purchase price. Additional charges apply for sales outside the U.S. Other merchandise is billed based on weight and distance. All shipments are sent UPS unless requested otherwise.
Do you ship outside the United States?
We ship to the U.S. and Canada. We typically use the U.S. Mail because it is more economical than the express mail services. We will ship via FedEx and UPS upon request. The freight charges quoted from our Internet Shopping Cart are valid within the 48 Continental United States. We will send you a shipping quote for your approval if you live outside the Continental U.S.
Do you have a catalog?
We do not have a mail-order catalog. We do have a Preferred Emailing list for New Jersey residents. If you are on this list, you will receive our Sale Flyers, Newsletters and Special Coupons. To be put on this list, click HERE.
If I describe a fabric, can you find it for me?
We can only respond to specific requests for fabrics that include vendor name, pattern name and color.
I can't find a discontinued fabric; can you find it for me?
We sell only current first quality fabrics. We do not stock any discontinued fabrics.
What is your return policy?
Most stock items may be returned within 30 days - with receipt - in original condition and packaging. For fabric and cut yardage policy - see below. Items that may not be returned include: special orders, books, patterns, bra cups, shoulder pads and rhinestones. Please note: Store credits are valid for one year. Refunds over $100 on cash or check sales will be issued by check within 7 business days.
There are NO RETURNS ON FABRIC, TRIMS, ETC. There are absolutely no returns on fabric or any other item originally sold from a bolt, tube or spool including fabric, trim, ribbon, cording, elastic, felt, vinyl, lining, velcro, interfacing, remnant pieces, etc.
