Our Stores
We have a total of four stores. All four stores carry the Metropolitan Window Fashions name. One of the four stores is best known as Fabricland, located in North Plainfield. Fabricland carries both store names.
The Metropolitan Window Fashions stores specialize in custom and readymade window treatments, and free shop-at-home decorating consultations.
The Fabricland store carries fabrics, sewing supplies, sewing classes, home furnishing products, in addition to the full range of Metropolitan Window Fashions products and services.
We encourage you to personally visit our retail stores to get the full experience of our ever changing displays and inventories, as well as enjoy the legendary service that our sales associates have provided for over 75 years.
Our Websites
We have two websites - Fabricland.com and Windowfashions.com. The purpose of two websites is to make it easier for visitors to find the specific product information that they need.
Fabricland.com focuses on fabrics, sewing products and supplies, sewing classes, etc. The goal is to help bolster the community of sewing do-it-yourselfers.
Windowfashions.com is naturally aimed toward window treatments, with a large portion of the site devoted to displaying decorating ideas. The main impetus is to arrange consultations with our staff of trained interior decorators.
